Volleyball Polish national sport
How to play? Volleyball is a team sport. Players play on the opposite sides of the net. They try to ground the ball on the other’s team field. They can touch the ball maximum 3 times on one side of the pitch.
Playing field Games are played on a playing field 18x9 m and free zone 3 m wide, which surrounds the pitch. Lines are 5 cm wide and must contrast with the playing field. There are the line which divided the pitch into two equal parts and the line which is 3 m from the line in the middle. The net is hung 2,42 for men and 2,24 for women.
Players Each team has 12 players including captain and libero, but on the playing field play 6 players. All players have the same outfits with numbers and libero has outfit in a different color.
