9 9 Section 21 (3) TrinkwV 2001 W zakresie formatów oraz informacji wymaganych w sprawozdaniach krajowa Ustawa odnosi się bezpośrednio do DWS. Format raportów Raporty (n/t jakości wody do spożycia) sporządzane będą z wykorzystaniem formatu, który określi KE na mocy Artykułu 13 ust. 4 Dyrektywy ws. Wody do Spożycia i który zawierał będzie minimalny zakres informacji zdefiniowany w tym Artykule.

22 22 Principles in national reporting 1 Principles in line with the EC Guidance document on reporting o The report shall cover water intended for human consumption. o Reporting shall be kept as simple as possible. o Data should be presented in an easily understandable format. o The data to be submitted by MS to the COM shall be the minimum necessary to demonstrate compliance with the DWD. o MS are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for reporting to the COM. o Reporting shall be in an electronic format. In context with WISE a long term aim for MS will be to store information in national databases accessible through the internet by the COM (and consumers, regional authorities …).

23 23 Principles in national reporting 2 o … they shall aggregate regional or federal reports into a national report. In Germany the Länder are in charge of enforcement of the Drinking Water Ordinance. This means that the (16) competent highest Länder authorities are the enforcement authorities (not the federal ministry). Adoption of GD to national responsibilities and requirements for reporting in line with the EC regulations and the national (federal) specifics

24 24 Principles in national reporting 3 Principles in line with the national specifics o The Länder are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for reporting to Federal Ministry for Health o The Federal Environement Agency is the addressee for the information on derogations and for the reports about drinking water quality. o In line with requirements of DWD, Guidance document (and TrinkwV 2001) the Länder authorities inform on water supply zones (WSZ) >1000 m³/d or >5000 persons in EC format. o For the purpose of reporting a water supply or water supply installation is a WSZ (under Annex II Tab. B1 Note 1 DWD). Domestic distribution system (under TrinkwV 2001 descrete water supply installation) is part of WSZ.

25 25 Principles in national reporting 4 Principles in line with the national specifics o Data on water quality (to be submitted by Germany to COM) shall to be in compliance with DWD (i.e. DWD parameters, monitoring frequencies according to DWD, allowance for reduction of analyses required under DWD).
