Select a target SharePoint list or library. Again, you have the choice of either using a pre-defined data definition or designing a new one. The tool send content to existing SharePoint lists or libraries OR it provision new ones from scratch based on your data definitions. Advanced features let you fine-tune your field mappings, security settings, and other migration job options. After set-up… Then you run the job! Here you can see a rich text document in SharePoint with embedded images, doc links and attachments. This also could have been migrated to a SharePoint Document Library or an InfoPath Form Library. Again, no data is lost. Security for this doc remains the same as it was set up in Notes (permissions migrate to SharePoint) 19 19
