8 DESCRIPTION AUTOMATIC PLANT FOR THE PREPARATION OF WATER-CEMENT SLURRY WITH BATCHING AT WEIGHT LTW 750 PRODUCTION: 15 cu.m./h WITH RATIO A/C=1 The Plant is made up of: 2 fluidifying systems for the cement silo with 4 diffusion panels. 2 screw conveyors for extracting cement from the silo of diam. 1930 mm, length 3900 mm. Motorization on the loading side 4 kW. Turbomixer 750 lt, output of mixture, made of a cylinder container of a conic trunk of a geometric capacity of 1045 lt. Mixing pump, capacity 1400 lt./1" ready 8

9 Motorization 9,2 kW, with transmission with belts and pulleys for a speed of approx. 1420 turn/min. Intermediate frame for weighing and for carrying the turbomixer and the motor-pump group, laid on 3 weighing units with fixed load cells on the base of the container. Suction pipes with 3" pipes, with quick joints of 100 mm., rubber connections and emergency sphere valves of 1 1 / 2 ". Blow-by and discharging pipes in the agitator with 2 1 / 2 " pipe with 2 butterfly valves DN 65 PN 10 controlled by a rotating actuator at double effect. Water supply system for feeding and batching water with 2 1 / 2 " pipe, quick valve, off-take for washing hose and fluxing of the seals of the mixing pump, 2 1 / 2 " sphere valve, controlled by a rotating actuator, double effect, entrance into the storing tank. ready 9

10 Storing tank with agitator, geometric capacity 1730 litres, with agitating with motor-reducer with worm screw shaft, with motor 2,2 kW. The agitator is equipped with hinged lids with safety micro-switches with key. One of the two lids has an inspection door. The storing tank has a safety exit for the complete emptying; with butterfly valve DN 65 with lever-type control. The tank has 2 exits on the bottom, of which one with a 4" closing flange, the other with butterfly valve DN 100 with manual lever-type control. The discharging pipes is brought to the outside of the container with a terminal of 4". 1 1 / 2 " stub pipe for eventual entrance of washing water. The agitator has a pipe for the entrance of the mixture into the filtering basket of diam. 410 mm on the inside, and a level indicator adjustable in height, for calling the mixture in automatic operation. Electro-compressor by-cylindrical, single-stage with 2,2 kW motor and air tank of 100 lt, air-treatment for compressed air and rigid and flexible pipes.ready 10

11 On the control panel there is microprocessor for planning the batching with 12 batching formulas for 3 components (water-cement- 2 admixtures) Control panel for manual and automatic operations of the Plant, made in a cabinet, with synoptic panel. On the control panel there is microprocessor for planning the batching with 12 batching formulas for 3 components (water-cement- 2 admixtures) with printer for the batching data, timer for mixing, cycle meter, with zeroing with excluder, lamps, selectors, emergency push-buttons. Inside are located all the equipment of power and the control logic. The control panel is located in the cabin. Connecting electric cables between the control panel and all the utilizers. NOTES: Electric feeding: 380 Volt 50 Hz. Low tension: 48 Volt 50 Hz. All bolts are galvanised. Na zestaw składają się następujące elementy : 2 systemy pneumatyczne do spulchniania cementu w silosach, składające się z 4-ch paneli rozpraszających montowanych w leju silosu. 2 podajniki śrubowe do rozładowania silosów o długości 3900 mm i średnicy 193 mm napędzane silnikami o mocy 4 kW. Turbomikser 750 l. Pompa o wydajności 1400 l/min napędzana silnikiem 9,2 kW z przekładnią pasową do prędkości ok.1420 obr/min. Sekcja doprowadzająca rur 3’’ wraz z szybkozłączkami 100 mm; złączki gumowe i kulowy zawór bezpieczeństwa 1½’’. Przedmuch i rura odprowadzająca w agitatorze 2½’’ wraz z dwoma zaworami motylkowymi DN 65 PN 10. System zaopatrzenia i porcjowania wody z rurami 2½’’, wyjściem do mycia i zaworem kulowym. ready 12

13  Zbiornik magazynowy z mieszadłem o pojemności 1730 litrów napędzany silnikiem 2.2 kW.  Kompresor napędzany silnikiem 2,2 kW ze zbiornikiem 100 litrów.  Panel kontrolny pozwalający na sterowanie ręczne i automatyczne, wyposażony w mikrokomputer posiadający 12 różnych formuł mieszania 3-ch składników (woda, cement, trzeci składnik). Zestaw posiada drukarkę, licznik czasu mieszania oraz wyłącznik awaryjny.  Kable elektryczne łączące panel kontrolny z resztą urządzeń. Zasilanie: 380 Volt 50 Hz. Niskie napięcie: 48 Volt 50 Hz. Wszystkie przewody izolowane. Instrukcja obsługi oraz katalog części w języku angielskim. 14 Proponowane silosy mają możliwość chowania górnej części do środka silosu, co pozwala na transport dwóch silosów na jednej naczepie o długości 12,5 m (pozwala to ograniczyć koszty transportu o 50%). Silosy dostępne na polskim rynku posiadają wibracyjny system ułatwiający zsypywanie się cementu (lub innego składnika zaczynu), ale powoduje on zbijanie się sproszkowanej substancji w większe aglomeraty. Proponowane przez nas silosy wyposażone są 4 panele zasilane sprężonym powietrzem, które powoduje spulchnienie pyłu cementowego, przez co nie następuje jego kompakcja w leju silosu. Zasilanie Paneli sprężonym powietrzem następuje z kompresora stanowiącego integralną część prezentowanego zestawu mieszalników LTW 750. ready 14

15 Zestaw sprzętowy przedstawiony na na str. 6 pozwala na przesyłanie wężami 1½’’ mieszanki do formowania przesłony DSM na odległość ok. 800m. Dodatkowa stacja pośrednia, składająca się z dodatkowego zbiornika magazynowego o pojemności 1730 litrów i dodatkowej pompy o wydajności 1400 l/min umożliwia przesył zaczynu w warunkach zimowych na odległość łącznie 1600 m. ready 15
